Country Y has colonial power over Country X. Citizens of both countries have differing opinions of each other, creating a political clash. Will they be able to connect, and how can they move forward?

Budget of $200, pieces were either found in the costume stock or from actors' closets. Characters were divided so that both designers would design for an equal number of Country X and Country Y characters.
